Sixpack of Bloodcrushers finished

Yesterday evening I painted the last two Bloodcrushers and the 6 Bloodletter-riders, so I can proudly present you the result:

And some detail photos of one of them:

The colouring of the claws, teeth and sword was given by the customer. I designed the Bloodletters lightly brighter than the Bloodcrushers so that he attracts more attention.

More Molochs of Khorne

As the customer was very content with the test Moloch, I painted another two:

Renegades vs. Necrons - A game report by KalTorak

As I told you before, I played two games today and one of them with my Renegades versus the Necrons of KalTorak.

We played 1'500 pts. per side and KalTorak took some pics and wrote a report (in German) which I won't keep back from you. Here you are:

**********************************

Armeelisten:

Thank you...

... very much! My blog just had its 10.000th hit. That's really awesome, I hope you'll continue to read and comment on Brush And Miniature Torture!

This week's quite busy with Warhammer 40k games: today I'll play against the new Necrons of a friend and the Thousand Sons of another friend. And on Friday another acquaintance is going to visit me for a game of 40k.

Furthermore, we'll be painting this evening together and I hope I can finish some more Molochs of Khorne for my customer. So stay tuned for updates.

The following text is to be found on BloodofKittens and speaks of the first rumours for 6th Edition of Warhammer 40k and its changes. GW's policy for the future is also mentioned. Read it and form an opinion about it for yourselves.

Iron Warriors mission objectives - the rest

And here are the four others:

I hope you like 'em and will leave a comment.

Iron Warriors mission objectives - No. 1

As the required colors for my IW vehicles haven't arrived yet, I painted the first objective:

Neat writing has never been an excellence of mine. ;-)

Moloch of Khorne - test mini

I just longed for painting the test Moloch of Khorne for my customer. I'm looking forward to your comments!

3 Initiates

Just a small update for my Black Templars: 3 Initiates

The minis are still lacking static grass but I wait until the varnish on the shoulder pads has dried. The paintjobs are nothing overwhelming though, just tabletop standard.

(Venerable) Dreadnought "Brutus"

Another night with only a few hours of sleep are conducive to the finising of my (Venerable) Dreadnought "Brutus". Here some pics for you from different angles:

I'm in a real flow at the moment and I hope it will continue when I start the tracked vehicles. The two Rhinos will be the next to get painted.

Mission Objectives

And here's the next update for today! Every army of mine has objective markers that fit to their theme. And thus it goes without saying that my Iron Warriors need five of their own objective markers.

These came out after a little search in my bitzboxes:

(From left to right: Artillery ammo; small bore ammo; fuel barrels and canisters; construction material; vox station)

As for the fuel dump I can't decide between two versions:

No sleep ...

...  plus boredom equals two finished Iron Warriors squads I'd say! And so I can proudly present you my two finished 10 men squads of Iron Warriors:

And for the sake of completeness, here's the Scout squad:

So, that's all painted minis for my Iron Warriors army so far. I'll get started with the Dreadnought in the next days.

Hey guys!

I finished my second Sergeant for the Warriors. Unfortunately, I have no pic for you of him. But I will hand it in later when these three guys are ready for their photo shooting:
